Equity Title of America is located in the beautiful gulf coast city of Clearwater, Florida. We were founded by Gary M. Murphy a former Senior Vice President of the largest independent title agent in the nation. Instrumental in building his former company from a local Florida agent to a national institution the company sold to a national underwriter for 100 million dollars. Much to our delight, after the sale, Mr. Murphy decided to start out again establishing Equity Title of America. Utilizing a lot of the same innovative strategies while constantly adjusting to the rapidly changing market conditions ETA is now a leader in the title services industry.
At ETA we treat every order as if it will close immediately! From the initial search to clearing title our team is dedicated to getting your loan ready to close. Upon receipt of your order you will receive verification, a preliminary HUD with title and recording fees, a closing protection letter, and wiring instructions.
Clear to Close in 2-3 days! Our staff is committed to processing your file expeditiously immediately performing the necessary steps to get your file clear to close in most cases within 2-3 days. ETA also coordinates your closings at any time or location which is convenient to your client. Our network of certified closers have extensive title and mortgage experience along with the ability to accept changes at the closing table, kitchen table, or dining room table since 90% of our closings are in the comfort of your clients home.
